Get a settlement

Minimum role: ADMIN. Active workspace via the X-Workspace-Id header.

The same resource the list returns, by id. Only settlements already sent to the organizer (SENT, AWAITING_PAYMENT, PAID): internal master statuses are not exposed. Download the files with GET /settlements/{id}/document and GET /settlements/{id}/proofs/{fileName}.
