Release the seats of a purchase session

Requires the X-Customer-Session header. The enterprise service API key is OPTIONAL. Marks the session expired and releases in seats.io the seats held with its holdToken. Idempotent: repeating it changes nothing. It NEVER releases a token that backs a live sale (pending payment or confirmed) nor that of a converted session: those seats belong to the order. Call it when the map clock runs out. Another buyer’s session is 404.
