Minimum role: `ADMIN`. Active workspace via the `X-Workspace-Id` header.

Revokes access to THIS workspace: granted sections, ticket validation permissions, read-only events, membership, and the home workspace if it was this one. Terminates live sessions and invalidates the invitation QR code. It does NOT delete the account or its history: the person may belong to other workspaces. An `ADMIN` cannot revoke another admin (403) or themselves (409).
