Minimum role: `ADMIN`. Active workspace via the `X-Workspace-Id` header. `fileName` is the same value returned in `paymentProofs[].fileName` by `GET /settlements` (URL-encoded). Like `/document`, it responds with a **302** to a signed URL, valid for 5 minutes, in the private bucket.
