Minimum role: `ADMIN`. Active workspace via the `X-Workspace-Id` header.

Sets the event and ALL its dates to `CANCELLED` and turns off the waiting room. Unlike `DELETE /events/{id}`, it PRESERVES the record: sales, issued tickets and the audit trail for refunds remain. Idempotent: cancelling an already-cancelled event returns 200 with no changes. Does not trigger refunds — use `POST /sales/{id}/refund` for that.

`POST /events/{id}/cancel`
