Requires the `X-Customer-Session` header. The enterprise service API key is OPTIONAL: with a key, the plan must belong to the workspace pinned to it; without a key, any active plan by its id (the plan itself determines the sign-up workspace). Validates that the buyer can acquire it and returns the membership checkout URL on the canonical host (the platform completes the charge). On return, re-read `GET /customer/membership`.
