Requires the `X-Customer-Session` header. The enterprise service API key is OPTIONAL. Marks the session `expired` and releases in seats.io the seats held with its `holdToken`. Idempotent: repeating it changes nothing. It NEVER releases a token that backs a live sale (pending payment or confirmed) nor that of a `converted` session: those seats belong to the order. Call it when the map clock runs out. Another buyer's session is 404.
