Requires an enterprise service API key. `memberOnly` content additionally requires the `X-Customer-Session` header of a buyer with a current membership in the key's organization (otherwise 403 `MEMBERSHIP_REQUIRED`). Content from another organization responds 404. Short-lived tokens: 30 minutes for live streams, 1 hour for videos.
